Evan's Story
Evan was born among the brutalist cityscapes of Taguig and grew up navigating the contrasting textures of brick and nature in Cagayan de Oro. With a childhood shaped by business trips accompanying his father, Evan developed a deep appreciation for urban environments and the rapid evolution of technology—from desktop PCs to smartphones and handheld consoles. These experiences rooted a lifelong passion for innovation and digital landscapes.
Evan has always been driven by the belief that doing more—going beyond what’s expected—leads to meaningful growth, both personally and professionally. His values of strong work ethic, productivity, and clear communication were shaped through years of collaboration within internships, organizations, and international workplaces. Even in the age of automation and AI, he remains committed to the human touch in his work, valuing authenticity and intention in every project he takes on.
As a child, Evan’s fascination with technology was sparked by long afternoons playing Pokémon on his Game Boy Color and experimenting with his cousin’s bulky PC. That spark grew into a flame as he began tinkering with hardware, exploring the creative depths of the internet, and eventually learning to repair computers himself. By the time he was in college, he had launched his own computer shop business—handling everything from logistics to marketing independently.
Fueled by this passion, Evan pursued a degree in Information Technology, confident in his path. But the realities of a competitive job market and financial pressure led him to carve his own way forward. He returned to his roots in digital creativity and launched a freelancing career, delivering technical and marketing solutions to clients across industries and borders.
Since then, Evan has not only provided top-tier support to international clients but has also mentored newcomers to the freelancing world—sharing his hard-earned insights and encouraging others to embrace the same leap of faith he once took.
Today, Evan lives in the vibrant city of Cagayan de Oro, a place that blends concrete, countryside, and coastline into a landscape as dynamic as his journey. He lives with his parents and their cheerful Dutch Tulip Hound, Mochi. From this unique corner of the Philippines, Evan continues to innovate, connect, and contribute to the digital world—proving that with curiosity, heart, and hustle, you can shape the future from wherever you are.
